This policy explains how we process personal data on the Turkia Digital website and when you contact us.

2. What data do we process?

When you contact us through the website form or by email, we may process your name, company name, email address, choices concerning your website needs and information you provide in your message.

If you accept analytics and advertising measurement cookies, Google Analytics and Google Ads may process technical information relating to website use and advertising performance in accordance with Google's services.

3. Why do we process data?

Contact information is used to respond to enquiries, process quote requests, prepare an agreed service and manage a potential customer relationship. Depending on the situation, processing is based on steps requested by you before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, or our legitimate interest in managing business communications.

Google Analytics is used to analyse website usage and Google Ads to measure advertising performance. These services are activated only on the basis of your consent.

4. Cookies and Google services

The website uses Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement only if you select Accept all. If you select Essential only, the Google Analytics and Google Ads tags do not start on the website.

You can change your choice later using the Cookie settings control in the website footer. Your consent choice is stored in your browser's local storage so that you do not need to make the choice on every visit.

5. Form processing

Website contact and demo-request forms are received in Turkia Digital's Cloudflare environment. Submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database so that an enquiry is not lost if email delivery is temporarily unavailable. A notification is also sent to Turkia Digital through Resend.

6. Retention

Information relating to enquiries and quote requests is retained only for as long as necessary to handle the matter, manage a potential customer relationship, comply with accounting or other legal obligations, or establish or defend legal claims. Data that is no longer needed is deleted.

7. Recipients and international transfers

Data may be processed in the systems of service providers we use to operate the website, forms, communications, analytics and advertising. These currently include at least Cloudflare, Resend and, with your consent, Google Analytics and Google Ads.

Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, service providers are responsible for applicable transfer mechanisms and safeguards in accordance with their terms and privacy practices.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable data protection law, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, request correction or deletion, restrict processing or object to processing where applicable. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the website services, systems we use or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page.
